The second process of our organism starts at noon (12:00 hs) and goes until 20:00 hs. It is the time when the body prepares to eat food. It's what we call Ingestion.

However, it is good to know that our body does not like and does not need to eat heavy foods and unreasonable combinations every day.

Our entire anatomy was designed to consume more fruits and vegetables: from our teeth, the gastric juices of our digestion, to the organs involved in this whole process of breaking down food and making it absorbable by the body, from the intestine to the digestive tract. elimination.
Our "machine" was created to expend the least amount of energy in this vital process.
Give preference to freshly prepared foods, as they are fresh and have more energy than those that have been in the fridge for days.
