Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse

This method was taken from the book"The Cure for All Illnesses", by Dr. Hulda Clark.

This cleaning is serious, it works and must be followed to the letter so that the result is successfully achieved.

It cleanses the liver and gallbladder and can prevent the surgical removal of the gallbladder and is recommended for cases of “fat” in the liver, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammation of the intestines, colitis, food intolerance, digestive difficulties and other problems related to the stomach. digestive system.

When the gallbladder is examined by X-ray or other devices, nothing is seen, because most of the time these stones are not in the gallbladder and also because the equipment cannot detect bodies that do not have radiation-sensitive compounds.

There are more than half a dozen compositions of gallstones, most with cholesterol crystals as a core containing a cluster of bacteria.

With stones accumulating in the ducts, the anterior pressure on the liver builds up and causes it to deliver less bile and bilirubin can leak into the bloodstream.

With less bile being delivered to the intestines, less cholesterol leaves the body and cholesterol levels start to rise significantly.

These stones are porous and bacteria, viruses and parasites that normally pass through the liver can adhere to the walls of the stones, forming foci of internal infection, continuously releasing harmful microorganisms into the body.

No stomach infections such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can be fully cured without removing these liver stones.

To achieve better results and avoid discomfort after the process, it is recommended to clean parasites first, followed by caries treatment.

It is very important to drink plenty of water and juice frequently to eliminate all other toxins.

CLEANING SAFETY - This cleaning is very safe as Dr. Hulda Clark followed more than 500 cases, including people over 70 to 80 years old. But one may feel unwell for a day or two after cleaning, although probably in these cases the cleaning of parasites has been neglected.

After cleansing gallstones and liver stones, the following results are expected:

  • Disappearance of liver crises.

  • Disappearance of allergies, pain in the shoulders, upper arms and back with each cleaning.

  • Improved digestion.

  • Increase in vital energy, improving health as a whole.

PREPARATION FOR CLEANING -

The liver cleanse requires 6 days of preparation, followed by 16 or 20 hours, the duration of the cleanse itself.

Drink a liter of apple juice daily for six days. (If you feel better, you can have even more.) O malic acid_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_from apple juice softens gallstones and facilitates their passage through the bile ducts.

Apple juice has a great cleansing effect! Sensitive people may experience bloating and sometimes diarrhea for the first few days, but much of this will be stagnant bile, dumped through the liver and gallbladder (indicated by a yellow-brown color).

The fermenting effect of the juice helps the bile ducts to expand. If it makes you uncomfortable, you can dilute the apple juice with a little water. Drink it slowly throughout the day, between meals (avoid taking it before, during and up to two hours after meals and at night).

Juice does not eliminate the daily consumption of water, six to eight glasses. It would be convenient to rinse your mouth with baking soda and/or brush your teeth several times during the day, so that malic acid does not damage your teeth.

If you are diabetic, opt for malic acid powder.

– Diet recommendations: During the entire week of cleaning preparation, avoid drinking and eating cold or frozen foods and beverages as they cool the liver and minimize the effectiveness of the cleanse. All food and drinks must be hot or at least at room temperature. To help the liver prepare for the main part of the cleanse, avoid animal foods, dairy and fried foods. Instead, eat normally, but avoid overeating.

Ingredients for the actual cleaning:

  • Bitter salt (or magnesium sulfate, Epsom salt or MgSO4 + 7H2O) - 4 tbsp or 60 g.

  • Mineral water or plain water – 3 glasses or 750 ml

  • Extra virgin olive oil – ½ cup or 125 m

  • Grapefruit ou Fresh lemon – enough to fill ½ of a glass of juice, taking care to use it at room temperature

  • Straw to help take the oil.

Observation:

Choose a day like Saturday for cleaning to rest the next day. Avoid taking any medicine, vitamins or pills that you can do without. It is important to point out that cleaning is not recommended while you have an illness in an acute phase.

PART 1– BREAKFAST - The suggestion is to drink teas, except mate or black, avoiding coffee, chocolate, bread, cake and biscuit.

Prefer vegetable juice, vegetables, vegetables and honey. This will cause bile to build up and increase previous pressure on the liver and gallbladder, which favors cleansing because more pressure means pushing more stones out. Also more bile will descend into the gallbladder and accumulate in it.

PART 2 – LUNCH - Eat a light meal, free of any fat – do not eat milk, curds, eggs, meat, olive oil, butter, cheese, margarine, avocado, spreads, cottage cheese, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, etc. – avoiding foods rich in fats, proteins and containing caffeine (coffee, tea, guarana).

PART 3 - INGESTION PAUSE - At14 hoursstop eating or drinking. If you break this rule you can feel really bad later on.

Prepare the bitter salt at this time, mixing all the recommended bitter salt well with 750 ml of water in a pitcher. Distribute the entire contents into four glasses and place in the refrigerator.

Note: You can add powdered vitamin C to the water or replace the water with pure lemon or apple juice to improve the taste.

PART 4 - FIRST GLASS - At18 hours, drink the 1st cup of the bitter-salt mixture that is in the fridge. You can gargle with a few sips of water after drinking the bitter salt to rinse your mouth.

PART 5 - SECOND GLASS - At20 hours, drink the 2nd cup of the bitter-salt mixture that is in the fridge. Even if you haven't eaten anything after 2 pm, you won't feel hungry. It's time to start getting ready for bed. Put everything you need close at hand, because time in completing the next steps to take is critical to a successful cleaning.

PART 6 - PREPARING THE GLASS OF OIL AND LEMON - At9:45 pmor a little earlier, add half a glass of good quality olive oil (ionized and first cold pressed)   (125 ml) and set aside.

In another glass, squeeze the lemons in a sieve halfway through. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil in a container, like a pet bottle, cover and shake well to mix well, or use the blender or hand mixer. Note that the red lemon juice allows the mixture to be much more homogeneous.

Go to the bathroom as often as you feel the need, even if you are a little late in taking the oil, which should be at10pm. IMPORTANT: You can go to the bathroom any time you feel like it, except after drinking the lemon oil, when you should rest.

PART 7 - DRINKING THE OIL - At22 hours, take the whole mixture of oil and lemon. Attention: You must drink the oil while standing up, not lying down.

Tips for drinking the oil: If you have any difficulty drinking olive oil with lemon (and you will have to drink it to the last drop), use some tricks: use a straw to prevent the liquid from passing through the taste buds; take it slower or alternate a few sips with a little honey.

IMPORTANT: Do not go to the bathroom during rest, which should last up to 1 hour and a half after drinking the oil with lemon. Lie down immediately after drinking the oil, as the sooner you lie down, the more stones will come out. When you're done drinking, go to bed and lie on your back, with your head higher on the pillow. Stick to sleep and try to stay still in that same position on your back for at least 1 hour. Emptying your mind and sleeping is the best thing to do.

PART 8 - THE NEXT DAY AND THE THIRD GLASS - When waking up, take the 3rd glass of bitter salt, around6 hoursin the morning. If you experience any indigestion or nausea when you wake up, wait until it passes before drinking. After drinking, you can go back to bed.

PART 9 – FOURTH AND LAST GLASS - Two hours after taking the third glass, drink the last glass of bitter salt. If you want, go back to bed.

PART 10 - EAT - Two hours after the last dose of bitter salt, eat again, starting with fruit juice or a glass of chlorophyll.

After 2 hours, return to normal eating, preferring light foods, easily digestible, with little or no spice and fat. You should feel refreshed by the end of the afternoon. Light food is advisable during this day, since after all, almost the entire course of the intestines (about 5 to 7 meters) will have been emptied during the cleaning.

HOW DO I KNOW IF CLEANING HAS A RESULT? Expect mild diarrhea first thing in the morning of the second day, perhaps not immediately after waking up. It is needed so that the stones that have descended from the gallbladder can be expelled out of the body.

Look for the greenish stones in the vase, as this is proof of genuine gallstone - not food residue. The greenish color can vary from very light to darker, which are stones formed longer. 50 to 200 stones are expected per evacuation.

DO NOT CONTACT THE FECES TO AVOID THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION!

It is best to visualize and discard the stones as soon as possible, as they are contaminated.

Generally, in order for the person to completely get rid of allergies, bursitis, and upper back pain, abouttwo thousand stoneswill have to be expelled.

But this number of stones is the result of the sum of a few cleanings in a row. The first cleanse may free the person of some symptoms for a few days, but once the stones from the anterior part of the liver come down again and the symptoms may return.

You can repeat the cleaning at intervals of at least 2 weeks, but we suggest waiting 20 days to a month and never cleaning when you are sick.

This procedure contradicts several classical medical views, as gallstones are believed to form in the gallbladder rather than the liver. It is thought that there are a few and not hundreds.

Bursitis, other pains and various digestive problems are not correlated with this problem, unless it directly affects the gallbladder. This is easy to understand, because when the sharp pain appears, the stones are already formed in the gallbladder and are large enough to be identified by X-ray and, of course, are already causing problems.

Cholesterol is responsible for about 75% of cases of stone formation and with the removal of the gallbladder the pain goes away, but other symptoms remain.
